App doesn’t work and wants a lot of permissions
I turned on location services but the app won’t work unless I allow it permission to communicate with other devices on my network, which I have no clue why it would need that to work.
The app doesn’t work for most restaurants as it tells me I must selection 1 of the options but that would change what I’m ordering completely.
Also the delivery fee goes up by $2 every time I click on the place I order from. The prices are not transparent at all.
Laughable customer service
I ordered from Tutti for the first time, And the driver went to the wrong address after phoning me he got my address and came to the right place and I had to reheat my pizza in the oven. It turns out I do have my correct address in the app but for some reason the app gives the driver the wrong building in the wrong part of town. So I submitted a ticket for customer service and didn’t hear back after a week. So I started a live chat with an agent and explained my situation and they said they would get back to me. I never heard back. So I decided to finally phone in to get this issue resolved so that I could possibly order again. The advice that they gave me on the phone was to try ordering again and hopefully it will come to the right address. COME ON PEOPLE. deleting app.
wont even open
I gave the app permission to do whatever it asked but its stuck on the home page with no way for me to order
