Not user friendly
UPDATE: Much improved! Wish there was a watch history available at top for easy access. Also, advance/rewind 10 sec feature would be helpful. Great comeback!
App doesn’t list recent episodes first except for Scoop. For shows like Lo & Behold with 1000s of episodes it’s super annoying. Also, play “next episode” is playing the episode BEFORE and not AFTER. That’s counter-intuitive. The app is super annoying to use. Content is good and quality is super good compared the the TVB box I bought (still annoyed about this) … PLEASE IMPROVE THIS APP (same annoying feature is present in the app in Roku).
Tons of Bugs
These drama's original language is Cantonese,but they set mandarin to be the language when we turn on the epi automatically. Whyyyy?!everytime we turn it on, it speak mandarin ,we have to change that in setting, what's most annoying is it shows cantonese while it literally speaking mandarin, so we have to swith to mandarin then come back then switch back to cantonese.... nightmare...when it auto play the next epi, the system changes to mandarin AGAIN!!then we have to do the same annoying setting like above again and again...will delete this app if there's no improvement, u know it's like almost 20 bucks a month, but it not worth it at all!
Scam
No service after payment. Slow response to emails. Does not address no service issues when they do respond. Have to pay a second time to get service while waiting for them to respond. Then refuse to refund overpayment.
