How to reset the game back to uncompleted levels

I LOVE this game. But I’ve finished it already and even tho I’ve deleted date from my iCloud, reset the statistics and reinstalled the game, I can’t restart the game over again without seeing the check marks. I use them as place holders so I know which level I last completed. HELP!!!!!
