Impossible to have the code

I'm from Canada and I've never been able to get the code to confirm my account

Avoid if you are from North America

App verifies via SMS and not email. You will never get an SMS verification text with a Canadian or American phone number and customer service just keeps sending you the same standard “you will get an SMS PIN text to verify your account” email and won’t send you a PIN via email to verify your account. There are many complaints from travellers online about this app. Look for alternative ways to get your tickets or try to verify via SMS before you travel.

sms still doesn't work, customer service non existent

It's virtually impossible to use this application if you have an out of country phone number. We have emailed customer service and no response for 3 days. The phone line is available for 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) with extremely limited hours (9am-1pm). Good luck getting a physical ticket from a designated vendor/point of sale; nearly everywhere is sold out and they never know when the next batch will come. As for taking the bus and paying cash, nice try, they will kick you off the bus if you don't have a ticket. When you ask for help from the information points or local vendors they say "take the stairs to amalfi!" We are in scala and it's a challenge to find reasonable transportation to Amalfi outside of walking. They must want you paying 50 euros to take the taxi instead! Awful
