It keeps crashing!
Please do something! It kept crashing, now it won’t even open!
Also, when we take the time to specify our size, could you clear up the items? I always have false hopes with items that are no longer available.
Really poor user interface
Navigation is a nightmare, always refreshing back to the top so you have to scroll and load everything again. Doesn’t load enough products at once so you have to sit through several loads if you plan on scrolling down far. The US app and website have much better design, why not just use the same?
The worst app ever
I have lots of fashion apps but I have to say Uniqlo app is the worst one. Even not worthy to one star. When I clicked into something and clicked back, it never went back to the part that I have read on previous page. It just returned to the very beginning and I have to scroll down again. OMG~ and the 2nd thing is even tho I have clicked save my password when signing in, it never keep me signed in. I have to type my username and password again and again. I just don’t know if this app developer has ever tested it.
