Amazing alternative to traditional therapy

I downloaded this app a few months after having to stop therapy due to financial reasons. I worked a lot with CBT, but was struggling to do it on my own after ending traditional therapy. The journals on this app are amazing. They guide you so perfectly through your thoughts and have really been helping me find some clarity during periods of overthinking.
I strongly recommended this app to anyone who is looking for a cheaper alternative to traditional, in person, CBT therapy, or anyone who is interested in the technique for the first time. It would also be a great addition to use in between sessions!

Not only is this app super user-friendly, but it’s also very accurate to the work done in a traditional CBT session. I, myself, and a registered psychotherapist and plan to suggest thst my clients use this app in-between sessions to maximize their therapeutic progress!
