FaceID login doesn’t work, otherwise good

Need to key in my user name and password every time. I think initially faceid login worked for a while, but stopped working soon. Would be great if this can be fixed.

As a quick fix, please log in to the app > Tap 'App and security' > Toggle off 'Log In with Biometric ID' > Toggle on 'Log In with Biometric ID', and try again.

If it doesn't work, access the Pre-login screen, tap 'FAQ' at the bottom, scroll down and tap 'Contact Us' and tap 'Send trouble logs' via Email. Do include a description of the issue in the email and 'App Store Review: j_chris_li' within the email title and these details:

Unit Trust redemption has a bug, not allowed to Sell

Since the recent update, the redemption is not allow to sell. Called customer service, they said they are not unit trust specialists, cannot help. Web version have no unit trust features. Now my money stuck.I need help!

App doesn’t work

The app freezes when I tried to launch it. I cannot go into the app at all. Can someone please fix it and upgrade the version?

Our app did not work as well as it should and we are sorry it’s been frustrating!

We have made things right in our latest App version 11.6.0. All you need to do is update your app to this latest version.
