Our wellbeing is a product of the things we do, the people we care about, and the environments and communities we belong to. UpBeing helps you easily discover what impacts wellbeing and create emotional visibility with the people in your life without any meticulous journaling or tracking.

Through quick, research-backed emotional check-ins, easy data integrations, and a shared space to understand your wellbeing, UpBeing helps you understand yourself and extend that understanding to the people who matter most to you.
- Use UpBeing with your friends, family, and close colleagues to see how the people in your life are feeling in real-time. Learn about your shared wellbeing through relational insights.
- Easily connect your calendars, wearables and other data sources to understand how the things you do affect the things you feel – easily and effortlessly.
- Add your therapist or coach to add new and meaningful context to your professional support.

Data collection: The only data we collect directly from users are responses to check-ins. Check-ins include self-reported, short assessments of a user’s mood and wellbeing. Weather, news sentiment, and other environmental measures of wellbeing are included automatically in the app. Everything else (such as mobile device, calendar, wearable data, etc) is collected externally and authenticated by users; users can explicitly opt-in to share it with us via connections and permissions in the app.

I love UpBeing!

My long distance best friend and I started using the app two weeks ago. We have the kind of friendship where we might not talk for weeks at a time since we're both super busy.

Since we started using UpBeing, we talk almost every day, and we talk about how we feel a lot more! We'll ask questions about each other's state of mind all the time (like "hey I noticed you were irritated, what's up?") and we check-in much more often.

We truly feel a lot more connected to one another!

I'm gonna try to get all of my friends on the app ❤️

Grateful for the positive impact

I can't express how much I appreciate Upbeing. I've been using it for a few weeks, and it's been a real lifeline during this tough time. The insights and check-ins it offers have helped me gain a better handle on my complex emotions. It records the days I feel the best and tells me what activities I did. For example, I’ve learned that I feel super productive when I start my day with working out. When I started doing that more often, my mood and productivity increased a lot. I'm truly grateful for the positive impact it's had on my overall well-being.

Such a nice app!

I really like the check-ins, I like how it made me ask myself how I am feeling in different times during the day and gave daily/weekly insights that help me understand why I felt that way!
