Love the app. Everything is laid out perfectly as you book your appointment. The pre-paid option makes it’s a good experience in the shop. After I’m done with my haircut, I can walk right out. Love the barbershop.

Overall it’s a good app, but docking two stars for an annoying bug which hasn’t existed for several months that hasn’t been addressed which is adding appointments to you iOS calendar doesn’t work from the app. Clicking the icon gives you an error. They should also include a feature to join a waiting list and be notified if an appointment time opens up due to cancellation.

The application is very poorly written. I feel they tried to follow the mantra “less is more” but in this case they overshoot and they oversimplified it to the point where less is indeed less. The app suggests you to create an account and tries to access your location and Calendar. If you do not agree maybe because you want a bit of privacy and you book an appointment, the application does not save that for you anywhere. Maybe version 2?! Or I guess I will have to go to one of the other 3 barber shops in the area that does a better job at engaging with the clients and respecting their privacy.
