Don’t work with Upstox beoz there GTT don’t work
I made a trade today like I put a GTT on the BANKNIFTY 44700 PE as I am sure market will go down and I applied there GTT option so I can secure my trade with timing and when the PE moves it doesn’t get triggered I put buy on 270 and stop lose at 260 and target at 285 and market go upto 304 still I can’t book my trade , what sought of professionalism is this , i tried to contact there customer care representatives but only chat option is their , upstox u are an unprofessional company which is only their to make margin on traders and this application is worthless kindly think thrice before working with them i am posting the screen shots also and their customer care representative madam Shreya is not even capable of answering the issue solution after 20 mints of chat . Trading is all about timing and upstox is not reliable .

Timing issue , zerodha is more reliable
