Horrible app
I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the UO app just crashes every time I try and open it. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and same thing, over and over again. I deleted the app and don’t plan on reinstalling it. Very disappointed as I love Urban Outfitters 👎🏻
Never Again
The app’s default setting shows prices in USD but it does not state that on any of the items. It just shows ‘$.’ The website recommends either the US or CAD site depending on the region you’re accessing it from so I trusted the price I was reading was in CAD on the app. I placed my order and it wasn’t until I checked my credit card and was charged way more than I thought that I figured out the problem. Customer service was not able to assist me. The app needs to be updated to show CAD vs USD. I was very disappointed and will be my last time purchasing from UO.
