Rip off
I signed up for a 30day free trial but they charged me without providing the trial. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get refunded

Dear YardBird69, thank you for your 1-star rating and reporting this issue. Please get in touch with us via the Feedback option in the app's settings, so we can follow up on this. From what you describe it seems that you have already used the free trial in a previous installation. The one-month free trial can be used just once for a given Apple ID, independent of the device (note: this is a regulation from Apple, not from us). If you have been charged erroneously, you can file for a full refund. Looking forward to getting in contact with you and resolving this issue. The Utiful Support Team
Not as easy to organize
As a teacher I have 1000 photos of craft ideas. When I moved them to this app it jumbled them all up so my theme organizing is all undone. Then to organize the photos I have to do one at a time and can’t move 10 at once to put them into the correct themes where I had them in my photo album.

Hi there! Thank you for your 2-stars rating and for your feedback! It is not clear to us though what do you mean by "jumbled them up"? When you move photos to Utiful, the photos added in one get sorted in the folder by the date they were taken. If you add several batches to the same folder, the batches themselves appear in the folder by the date the batch was added. You can anytime sort the whole folder by date taken. To do so, open the folder, tap Organize > Sort > Sort by date taken. We are also not sure what you mean with "I have to do one at a time"? You can of course select multiple pictures to move to Utiful but also within a Utiful folder you can select multiple pictures, if you want to move them to another folder. Perhaps you can contact us directly via Settings > Feedback, so we can understand better and help you resolve these issues asap. The Utiful Support Team
