J’adore le Club Privilège.
Club privilèges pas si privilège que ça.
Le problème du club privilèges est de remercier les très bons clients en leur enlevant leurs points accumulés.
C'est écrit un repas gratuit avec 5 achats de 10$ et plus. Mais dans les faits, les visites comptent même si la transaction n'est pas de 10$. Et si par malheur tu fais un 5e achats que tu n'as pas atteint les 50$... BAM! Tu pers tout et tu dois recommencer de 0.
J'ai d'ailleurs eu plusieurs transactions qui n'ont même pas été comptabilisé car les employés scan ta carte, mais ne savent pas toujours quoi faire.
Donc pour moi Valentine c'est fini! Je travail dans un centre d'achats et j'y allais 3 à 4 fois semaine. Un programme comme ça est supposé être fait pour faire que les clients reviennent, pas l'inverse.
J'ai parfois dépensé un peu plus afin de faire monter le montant, chose que j'ai fait pour rien car les montants accumulé... Sont parti dans le néant et mon argent dans les poches de Valentine!
