Love my bank. Credit Union

Love my bank and how nice everyone has been and how easy it is to get things done.

Terrible

While I’m very thankful that my small bank has a mobile app, it is also unbelievably frustrating at times. There are so many instances where I open the app and login only to get a “session expired, please log in again” message. The credit union app also stalls out when trying to send an e-transfer and if you double click on the withdrawing account tab - the transfer won’t go through, forcing you to start over. I’m also not able to open the e-transfers I receive through the app anymore. Instead, I have to follow the link to the Credit Union website. Basically this app allows me to view my balance and that’s it.

This is stupid 7200 ,

The security verification should not exist with a trusted device. And need more options. Like print. Void checks for. Auto withdraw and deposits
