Great service
I pre-booked my cab before even leaving my city for Vancouver, it was so amazing to see the driver called me at the exact time I booked for that he was outside. Great and dependable service, I surely recommend them.
Option to phone driver or message driver
It would be nice to able to contact The driver directly as traffic can be unpredictable or the customer is unfamiliar with the area
Good service
This new app works very well, they did a good job with the updates. Taxi comes faster than time given and able to add notes which I love. Overall happy with the app and the service. Covid protocol seemed great as well.
