Description
Vinasun Taxi is the official mobile application provided by Vinasun Corporation. In addition to the traditional ways, Vinasun Taxi mobile application gives customers a new way to book Vinasun taxis from smartphones.
Key features:
(1) allow customers to book taxis in advance.
(2) assign the nearest available taxi with detailed information about the car, the driver as well as the expected picking time. Customers could make direct phone call to the driver.
(3) allow customers to know and store his/her trip cost in the application thanks to the synchronization with the taxi meter.
(4) provide the distance and cost estimation if the departure and destination are provided.
(5) customers could cancel the booking without being charged.
(6) allow customers to find past trips and related information from the history list.

Cannot sign up
All info was provided, but security code never received. Tried a few times and then my account was locked. Terrible services.
Zero star if there were such rating available!
Impossible to go pass the registering step even after latest update. Security code never arrived. Super frustrating when in need of a ride fast. Tried to fulfill all app requests to get it registered and book a ride but ended up getting a grab. Taxis wanna compete with guys like Grab should consider making better user experience through their apps. Tourists might not be able to catch a phone number on the cab but can remember the names they’ve seen passing by and look up on their phones for the app but end up not being able to use. Terrible!
