This app allows to track Viessmann Group deliveries on mobile devices, enabling all Viessmann Group employees, customers and partners to trace the current status of their deliveries.
The VitoTrack tracking app offers the following functionalities:
- Tracking of deliveries from various service providers
- Set-up of active notifications for a shipment by e-mail and push notification
- Storage of shipments under own name
- Search by package number, delivery slip number, order number, purchase order number or customer number
- Availability of all shipments that have been assigned a customer number by means of logins
- Retrieval of digitally created proof of delivery
- Filter options in the overview by date or shipment status
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
