VIZIO Crave Speakers cannot output audio from TVs/displays or be connected as an additional channel to an existing sound bar or sound system. Additional supported SmartCast or Chromecast-enabled audio products are required (not included) for Multi-Room feature. Streaming different songs to different speakers at the same time is not supported when using a single app running on a single mobile device. To stream a different song to different speakers at the same time, you’ll need to stream from a different app or a separate mobile device.

I am dual citizen from and I have a Canadian phone number and I’m working in the states, it requires me to have a US phone number to set up my TV so I’m sitting here in my room with a tv that will not do the simple things I bought for so I’m locked out of my own tv because of regional issues unbelievable 2 thumbs down

I wish I could give this -5 stars. I have been a satisfied owner of a Vizio soundbar in Canada for a couple of years, and I wanted to use the app to try to configure it as I want to change the audio settings. But alas I can *only* use a US Walmart account to use this app. Not even Google or Facebook logins work. But I’m not in the US. And why do I need to give Walmart my data so I can change the bass on my soundbar??I am going to throw the hardware away and will never buy anything from this brand as long as I live.
