This app is horrible and support is non existent.

I’ve purchased this app and subscribed a few years ago. Over time my experience has progressively deteriorated. recently I lost the ability to purchase older editions because it kept prompting me to log in with a username and password and magazine subscription ID. Now I’ve lost complete access to current and past issues and the restore purchases options does not work.

I’ve clicked on the contact link in the app but the people responding say they can’t help but won’t direct me to anyone else. I wish I could give it less than 1 star.
