The subscription is automatically renewed unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Doesn’t work

I confirm what others have written. It doesn’t work. Transcription is terrible from a quiet room.

Don’t do the “free trial”

BEWARE! Don’t do the “free trial”. I downloaded to try to use for an exam prep class. The audio was sub-par and tried to unsubscribe prior to the 3 day trial period (which was less than 72 hours ago), and I still for the life of me cannot! Unless you want to lock yourself in, DO NOT DO IT!

I want to cancel my subscription

I just accepted a free trial period for 3 days to try the app but now there is no option on the app to cancel it. Transcription doesn’t work well and I want to cancel my subscription.
