Absolutely impossible to use.
When my professor announced we were going to be using voice thread, I was thrilled. I’d already used it and was familiar with the interface. When I re-downloaded the app, it was made clear to me that it had been updated for the worse. Now, it takes over half an hour to upload a 2 minute video, IF it actually uploads. I try to keep school work off of my phone, and only on my iPad, but I have to have this awful app on two different devices because of how unreliable it is. Videos never upload on the first try, they take forever to process, and even then, it’s not a guarantee that it will work once you try and share it to your class. Not to mention the interface is very confusing and difficult to use. Things need to be fixed, or else the rest of my school year is bound to be as terrible as this app.
I could of read the entire harry potter series wile logging in to this app. Seriously speed it up.
My online course is using VoiceThread so I thought I’d try the app instead of the computer version. It doesn’t work, unfortunately; it wouldn’t post what I created. I guess I will be using the web version instead.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
