It's come a long way!
The App functionality has gone a long way since it's release. Looks like the developers have been listening to the feedback submitted by customers on the feature request page! Nice work :)
Useless
Idea is great however product and app are useless. App fails to connect to wifi. Most times Can’t ever find my wifi when trying to reconnect and when I finally get it to connect to wifi it can’t find the volt safe devise. You need to be connected to both wifi and Bluetooth to use the app with the devise
Canada is a cold climate and need to override a schedule at anytime. I would suggest making the product work on either Bluetooth or wifi not needing both
Great product!
Bought a few of the Voltsafe Winter plugs. Worked awesome. Make sure your phone is connected to 2.4 wifi before connecting app. Once gone can go back to 5g. Fabulous and fast support. Got an old inventory unit that would not connect. Within a day had response from support and we did a special update to bring it to current firmware. As good as new.
