Description
Volume Control Pro lets you choose the perfect volume level so that whatever music, podcast, or audiobook you’re listening to sounds just right.
You can add the volume levels you use most often to a favourite list. These favourites can then be accessed from within the app, or from the app's widget, which can be added to your devices Today screen.

This is exactly the app I have been looking for but it’s only stuck on 5% increments, hope they fix it. I will pay real money.

Needs update
The app doesn't work properly with the current version of iOS, resulting in that you can only adjust the volume in the usual 5% increments. I hope the developer will update the app, since I really liked it when it worked.
