Works Great
I have just installed the app and opened my first file. It works great so far and I have been able to send it as a PDF. More tests to follow.
So far so good.
Doesn´t work
Colors and text styles are ok. But nothing else is similar to the original file.
Exported to PDF results are unuseable.
Waisted time and money.

VSD Viewer displays Visio documents exactly as they were created in MS Visio on Windows. It exports to PDF the exact copy of what is displayed on the screen. If you have any issues or improvement requests please contact us at support@nektony.com. Please note, the unique features the app has are the ability to view documents with hidden layers as well as Shape Data for graphical objects, all those data can be exported to PDF as well.
Works great
I have about 80 vsd and vsdx files of various types (database schemas, floor plans, flow charts, GUI designs, etc.) and this product has done a great job of opening and displaying them in their original renderings. It exports well to PDF, though I found Apple Preview to be finicky once in a while on opening them, as the zoom button seems to not want to work (alternatively if you zoom with a trackpad it works fine). I think the problem is with Preview, as a day later the same file will work without any problem. It works well with Acrobat Reader too. Once in A-Reader it appears that to be able to print on to large or giant paper formats if the printer will support it. When zooming in, in both Preview and Acrobat Reader, pixilation of text does not take place — lines seem to hold up perfectly. In fact, when it comes to zooming on one of these converted files, Preview with a trackpad is truly amazing.
