CANNOT ACCESS APP FOREVER
This app is the worst. The customer service rep asked me to download this to track/redeem my points. But I’ve never used it. Always invalid. I called again and they said it’s under maintenance. It’s been a month since then, no change til now. BPI should test their app as many times as possible to ensure they work before they ask people to download it.
Useless App
Entered pin correctly many times and keeps getting error “input invalid”. Please test your apps to ensure you are providing customer service! There should be negative stars here because this do not deserve even a 1 star!
