Buyer Beware!

This app doesn’t work (after numerous attempts, including multiple reinstalls)! I tried contacting the seller with no response. I’ve requested a refund from Apple even though it’s a small amount. Poor customer service and inferior products shouldn’t be rewarded, no matter the price.
