Water test Aquarius 4+

I like the compatibility of the app with the test strips and CTire chemical dosage amounts. But not sure what the desired/ideal setting the app is set too as my codes say okay on the test strips yet it wants me to add chemicals. Also the test strips are in a different order then inputting on the app.

Application provides the quantity and product required to balance the water quality.

Unfortunately, was build by JUNIOR programmer, without knowledge around User Interface and Not able to run proper tests. The Website does not work beyond Pool Selection. Only getting white page without any data entry page.

They are « proud » to advertise their Mobile Application.

1-Works on Portrait mode ONLY. It’s nice to enter your numbers from your keyboard and having the head in 90 degrees mode. Keyboard=Landscape and Visual Portrait. Great Tests, super as user experience.

2- Data Entry. Wow! What a bunch of newbies.
The strip got 4 colors in the following order:
1- Chlore Libre
2- Alcalinité
3- PH
4- Dureté Totale

How come a « professional » developer would order the data entry panel in a different order? Either he did not test, Think or use the tool as a user would do, USING A STRIP.

4- Dureté Calcique

Think how great tool this crap is, you must check strip color on the bottle to figure out what position of the strip matches the order of the data entry panel. By Chance, my ALK is Not 180 or 240 because I would not know if the value is ALK or TH, as both have exactly the same color TH 0 = ALK 180 and TH 100 = ALK 240. Very Impressive!!!

To complete the overview.
On the Strip bottle,
- ALK is identified as Alcalinité, while on the App it’s labeled as « Alcalinité Totale »
- TH is identified as Dureté Totale, while on the App it’s labeled as Dureté Calcique.

What’s going on? Not only they did not think, Test with a strip, tried to impersonate a REAL user, but they are not able to READ and copy correctly.

Conclusion,

Hoping the calculation results are accurate, (now doubting) as the developer has not been able to test Basic things, like ensure text is identical on Apps and Strip Bottle,
Data entry is in same order as on the Strip. Calculations should be more complex....

Should be ashame of providing an application like this, especially when the web site does not work on safari.

From Customer perspective, does it mean the Aquarius quality check as bad as the web site?

Definitively, you are not providing a good image of your company, quality standards and convincing you are SERIOUSLY respecting your customer.

Been using this for years, no issues. This year it’ll only tell you to add 966gr shock or tell you to recheck your pool in 24hrs no matter what you enter for chemical levels. This was a great app, not sure what happened... PS I did try reinstalling no change. CT web-based version gives the results the app should be. Please fix.
