Worst customer service ever!
These guys suspended my account claiming I needed to send them my bank statements, so I sent them the statements. They confirmed they received them and are reviewing them. So waited but it’s now been 3 months and my account is still suspended because apparently they haven’t reviewed them up to now! I made multiple attempts to reach out to them about my issue but they kept on lying to me!😖

Sorry Marc Novic, I think you might have intended to review a different app. We aren't active in Canada and don't require bank statements. We are a mobile money app based in Africa :)
