The official app for Waves Coffee allows you to use your phone to pay and earn points at all its locations. Scan the app barcode in the store to earn points on your purchases and build progress toward rewards. With this app you can add money to your account, setup auto-reload of your account, view transaction history, and follow your rewards progress. It’s the fastest way to pay at Waves Coffee. Just scan and go!

Buggy app
When I received the “Redis server went away” error multiple times, Rewards card would not load despite ideal internet connection. If app supports Apple Wallet for Rewards card at least, then in-person scanning would not be an issue. Apple Wallet requires iOS 10+ while the app requires iOS 11+ so anyway, might as well add Wallet support to the app so every user can store their Rewards and Coffee cards in their Apple Wallet and use them in-person at Waves shops. Ideally, the app should also support Apple Pay so there is another way to collect Rewards when in-app Rewards card cannot load.

Ordering was faster but store software was not updated so they never got my order someone needs to tell all the stores about the software update!!
