Pls update

We bought the watch thinking it was a decent device. Everyone is complaining about the missing apps such as gps or navigation, sports mode gets stuck and needs reboot. Is asking for 12hr instead of 24hr so complicated to get in a firmware upgrade? Pls listen to your customers and fix the issues.

Just don’t

It really only acts as a time piece.
All other features are I consistent and inaccurate or nonfunctional.
Even the vibrate alert is mostly imperceptible.

I urge the developers to do some upgrades to these. Deliver. It’s worth your time to do better. I’d recommend this to people if it worked. You’re missing a huge opportunity.

Not good!

This app is probably the most terrible app for the HK smart watch series. It is constantly pumping out annoying and stubborn Advertisements for minutes at a time and some of them cannot even get closed which sucks even more because you have to close the App and start it again which brings you back to more Ads before you can use the app.
That can only be muted by buying an expensive membership.
I’m not impressed at all.
It’s a pity because the watches are quite good, but the app sucks tremendously.
