Waste of money
Had this for a year, and after a year the doorbell camera dies so often. Plus whenever you open the app to view the live doorbell footage, it just keeps loading and then says network error even though my wifi and data are working well. I cannot update the app either as it gives me an error for that as well.
On top of the already few annoying things that were present from the beginning…camera does not record sound when you want to record and save a clip. Nor does it allow you to turn the volume down or reduce the amount of rings it plays when someone pushes the bell button. Also when the battery is low, is says so out loud, but not on the screen part of the device in your house but on the visitors side of the device where the bell button is outside the door. So your neighbours can hear when your camera is dying if they happen to walk by your door and the camera picks them up.
Always not working
Bought two door bells. At the beginning the app was ok. However after one year, one could not connect the app. Now another one lost the connection too. Even the app is not working. Re-installation is not working too. Very disappointed.
