Europe pickups
Welcome pickups was very helpful during our last trip to Europe. In the past we had taken authorized taxis right at the airport only to have them jack up the price once at the destination. It’s a stressor we didn’t want to deal with this time around traveling.
Welcome pickup not only made it easy to book a pickup, but also made it easy to communicate with the drivers and gave reminders at appropriate times. Since we paid ahead of time, we knew how much it was going to cost and avoided challenging situations with unknown taxi drivers.
The drivers we received have been efficient and friendly. One of the pickups we booked was quite early (5:30) so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. However welcome pickups and the driver came through!
Definitely will use again next time we travel. Especially to Europe when we’re not taking public transit.
Europe Spain pickups Valencia & Madrid
We were very happy using welcome pickups when we left Valencia using them vs transit to get to the train station.
It was easier and faster than an Uber or taxi.
Our driver texted us through the app seamless easy.
We then used them again in Madrid to go from Joaquin sorolla station to Atoche due to a short time window.
Good app, I think my wife found the app through Tripadvisor.

Website is terrible
The website is terrible. I made a booking. I want to make another booking days later I am still unable to. The cities are incorrect, the dates are incorrect. Just terrible.
