Ratings and Reviews
Needs an apple watch check-in
This app is way over done when the main use is simply “check-in” to the gym.
Team should spend some time making a smartwatch (Apple Watch) application that can handle, at least, the “check-in” function.
Please take a look at your strategy overall for this app development. I believe many of the users would find a simpler approach to the main function and ability to take the smartphone out of the equation very nice.

Worst app
This is by far the worst gym booking app in the world, I have used many other providers and Gympass is notoriously terrible, the app works like a bad website from the 90’s. Seems very odd that this app is so bad and companies use this service
