WeTransfer: File Transfer 4+

Told all my coweorkers to download it. Really awesome not drag n drop directly in the menu bar.
I don't normally write reviews but this small app should be 5 stars, not 3!

I send multiple video files a day for approval, it saves me so much time.

Fails to upload files

I don't know where to begin with this dumpster fire. Doesn't work at all. Interface of dragging onto menu bar is weird. Doesn't give any kind of visual feedback that anything is happening. Drag files/folders there doesn't work. Like 5 minutes later I got a popup saying there wasn't enough space on the volume to move one of the files in the folder I added to this... Is this app DUPLICATING the files its trying to add? why? this is a site specifically for transfering large files. Why on earth would I want it to duplicate those files first? I don't have an extra 150 gigs of space on the drive these are on. What a terrible way to code this.

The website is terrible too. Trying to upload a folder of large files, or a zip, neither work on any browser. They just time out. Read the help documents, they are useless. Gonna ask for a refund and just send a harddrive in the mail because it'll be less work.

Hey there! Our latest version of the app addressed the issue of using temporary storage on your primary drive. We also added an extension that allows you to upload directly from the Finder. We'd love to have you come back and try the app again!
