Not fully accessible

Quick and convenient to schedule and cancel a trip but there are still many screenreader accessibility issues such as unable to book a multi-trip, add a additional passenger or write a note for drop off/pick up location and the voice over switches between the microphone speaker or phone speaker. Making it hard to hear.

When it opens its great but…

Takes forever to open!!! I’m connected to wifi and it takes several minutes of the timer symbol going round in circles and it still doesn’t open?! What’s going on with it! If scheduled maintenance on the app is happening why not put that on the screen?

Thank you TTC

It took them awhile, but thank you so much for creating this app. It will make life much easier.
