Replacement Hearing aid unreliable

The pair worked well with Bluetooth initially. Then one of my hearing aids got damaged & I received a replacement under warranty. But the replacement has been very unreliable. So frustrating. It pairs, but it’s connection to my phone goes on/off every few seconds. You can visibly see that hearing aid disappear from the screen. Work is so busy right now this is the last thing I need to deal with. It seems like they released it too early and they’re leaving it to the customers to educate them about the bugs in their product. That’s pretty poor customer service. What good is a replacement aid if it doesn’t even work consistently?

Bluetooth Keep disconnecting !

Bluetooth keep disconnecting all the time. Specially when I turn my earring back on in the mor morning. The changed my earring aids one thinking it was a problem with the Bluetooth antenna but that did not resolve the problem. Still having issues. Either one earring aid doesn’t connect or both. Deleted Apps and reloaded a couple time. It fix it for a few days. 🤷🏽‍♂️. Or I have to go into my IPhone setting under earring aids to forget and remove the earring aids and pair it again. Well .... the Widex engineer still have some work to do. It works very poorly. I now have to remove and re-add the apps every days in order for the Bluetooth to find my hearing aids.

Useful features

This hearing app offers useful features compared to other hearing aids I’ve tried such as the equalizer and sound mixing between acoustic and streaming. The automated sound help has never worked well for me. If I could make an improvement it would be disabling the automatic sound help feature.
