Unsatisfied with animation quality.

I would kindly like to ask for a refund for my purchase of pro.
I expected the skip and reverse track feature to be a less glitchy experience and having had to pay for it, I do not believe it is worth the money. That being said, if the animation is ironed out in the future I would be more than happy to repurchase as the functionality is sound.

I understand that you may not be satisfied with the animations when using playback controls, but this is not something in our hands to fix, it’s due to an iOS limitation, In iOS, widgets aren’t allowed to perform tasks themselves, they must assign the task to its parent app and open it, what WidgetPod does is quickly kick you out of the app when it’s done with the task. Without the kicking out, the app would simply stay open until it’s manually closed. Unfortunately, since this is an iOS limitation on how Widgets work, we couldn’t bypass that and this is the best that’s possible. Hope you understand.

I have a tip if it helps: If you enable Reduce Motion in Settings.app > Accessibility > Motion, the flickering becomes less obtrusive, but that does disable some more animations iOS wide. If that’s something you don’t mind, you can enable it.

If you would like your refund, you just need to contact Apple Support for it as only they can issue refunds. Google “App Store Refund” and you shall see a support page to guide you.

It doesn’t refresh

The widget doesn’t refresh without me clicking the widget after every song. Sometimes I even have to open the app, open my spotify, and it takes a long time. The widget should be working seamlessly considering I also paid a premium. Please fix this.

Garbage

Doesn’t do what it promises if you purchase the licence (additional widgets). You have to create your own. And, there’s no controls on the widgets, as shown in the screenshots for the app.
