Alone in a mysterious land, follow a father and son on a voyage to find home after the loss of their beloved wife and mother. They will endure a daunting journey of towering buildings and beautiful vistas using the ancient portals they happened upon. Equipped with only his bow and devastating dash attack, the father must fight against the wildlife and the machines while keeping the son fed and rested.
Widower's Sky is a game about adventure, survival and family. Like chapters in a novel, you play through the future while listening to the past until the two timelines converge and the story reaches it's climax.

Looks amazing but...
Wow, this game looks incredible! It looks super interesting and its clear a lot of time and thought and skill went in to making it, and I really want to enjoy it but...
Its frustratingly difficult, as in, you have no idea what to do and where to go and EVERYTHING kills you in one hit! The robots insta-kill you before you can reach the first staircase, you constantly run out of food and I kill a deer and then a bear comes along and takes it and then magnet-hovers around you so you cant move...just such high difficulty the game doesnt let you get used to what its about and what to do because every single thing wipes you out. Seriously trying to get a foothold and have some fun but the game just wont let it happen.
Not overly challenging
I’ve been on the fence about buying this one for awhile because of the overwhelming number of reviews saying it’s impossibly cryptic. Here to confirm it’s easily picked up. if you’re interested it’s def worth the $.
Give it time! Most underrated game of 2019.
The game may appear difficult at the beginning, but keep playing through. I was a little frustrated at the start, but honestly I’m GLAD I hung in there! As the story progressed, it actually got really good. Rewarding experience if you stick with it.
