Email support only. Apple needs to take over fast. Charging monthly now for no reason. It should be illegal. Not fast and efficient. Wink hub 1 is so bad you must have wink 2. All home automation should work with each other.
Look Elsewhere. This product is the worst.

Paid for a wink hub and compatible bulbs only to have them change to a subscription program. How is ok to demand a monthly subscription fee to access the basic functions of the products I already paid for? Total rip off.
