Ratings and Reviews
Poor experience
Simple interface and somewhat easy to use, but no option or indication on what resolution is being streamed. Only see bitrate presets (assuming each preset has a different resolution). Most importantly it doesn’t work with AWS Media Live. Probably AWS IVS pipeline only. Connection was there but only got black screen. Was hoping to find an alternative to Larix Broadcaster, and Wirecast Go certainly doesn’t do it.
Fix the app
Guys you know the issue exists. It’s frustrating to pay for this not working. First, the IP on the app shows as my MAC address. Also, not always does it ask to connect to the desktop app, in order to get that you have to reset tour phone or else it doesn’t work. Not practical. Also, even if accepting, still it’s blank on desktop. Other times, just open app click and it works. This is terrible especially when we are all setup for production and we have to deal with this crap for hours. Please fix it. Also, you cannot delete the source from the desktop app for good it stays there the names you created. Yes using Wirecast 9 latest update.
Another terrible product from Telestream
App crashes often, buttons aren't laid out correctly on iPhone SE, and rotating to landscape will make the buttons disappear.
Save your money.
