Support chat not working
After last update the chat is not loading anymore so it’s super annoying to send email for help.
I downloaded it multiple times, no solution.

Terrible customer service
Sent completely the wrong order, and both the courier and agent I spoke with didn’t seem trained on what to do in this situation. They finally agreed to refund me, which is what I would expect when I got nothing!
I was really counting on this food, as it’s a holiday and grocery stores are closed for the next two days. Just so frustrated with the poor way it was handled. I’ve used Uber Eats in the past and they are much better with this kind of problem.
