Loading Issues

My game is not loading and I have made a request three times. This is the second time my game is not working. Why am I having so many issues with the game? Please have my game fixed!

I love words and using them. I love crossword puzzles, Scrabble and word searches. This game is a real challenge and real money as a reward. I am thrilled.
