Overall a little disappointed
First problem was saving the password. Because all this is done outside of the app on a web page my password did not save so I had to reset and start all over again. Some programs are not available to me as I live in Canada. This was not mentioned when you asked my to donate monthly. I signed up to watch call the midwife which is not available in Canada. Also while using the app you are not able to minimize easily then go back. I managed to have two different episodes playing at the same time. This is clearly an bug that needs to be fixed. I have always admired PBS as a publicly funded organization but this app and your poor communication to your Canadian viewers is very disappointing.

While Passport is available for Canadian members, unfortunately, not all Passport programs are available to residents outside the US at this time. This information is made available on our website, but clearly we could be doing better across our streaming platforms.
PBS is currently in negotiations to obtain the Canada streaming rights necessary for all Passport content, but at the moment there are still some limitations for Canadian residents. Recognizing this, KCTS 9 has intentionally worked to acquire several films and programs with international streaming rights for our Canadian audience. More information on these programs can be found online, at https://www.kcts9.org/KCTS9Presents. Also, when you visit KCTS9.org, the show pages are tailored to show only what is available for on-demand and Passport streaming in Canada.

Terrific app
This presents the programs in a format we’ve become accustomed to on other streaming apps. It’s a huge improvement over the clumsy way we used to have to find and view Passport offerings, with just an alphabetic list and no way to resume where we left off in a program. So far it’s been very stable, with no glitches or pauses. Long overdue, and worth the wait!
Very annoying
I created a. Account and set up the donation . The money was charged immediately but I could not get past to donation page to watch shows
