No longer works
This app stopped working for me yesterday. It launches for a brief moment and then crashes. I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app multiple times. Please fix this app.
WS View just keeps crashing
The app no longer opens. Just keeps crashing.
Device list not working
I had this app configured and working to provide remote monitoring and although it bugged me that I had to go to the website rather then pull it up in the app, it’s actually worked well over the past few months. Unfortunately the wifi changed and the only way to reconfigure the connection was to do a reset and go through the setup process again. This time I was prompted to do a firmware upgrade but I didn’t record the MAC address of the gateway and after the upgrade it doesn’t show up on the device list and I can’t bring it up on the website. It’s a public wifi network so no way of finding out the IP address to add it manually. For all purposes now, the gateway and sensors I invested in are all junk now.
