Horrible quality product
Bought the pool cleaner robot w/ solar panel less than 2yrs ago. The solar panel never worked for charging the cleaner. Pin on the charger that attaches to the solar panel unit has broken & water has gotten behind the control panel on the solar panel & won’t turn on now. Customer Support doesn’t respond to emails. Horrible experience with WYBOT. Buyer’s beware!
Won’t update
Robot won’t update to latest firmware when I press update on the App. Support hasn’t even gotten back to me about this issue for 2 weeks now
