It usally works but inconsistent

I got it about 1 year ago and it worked perfect but in the last 2 months it doesn’t connect to the device saying I’m not on the most recent update, but I am on the newest update. Please fix it soon

App isn’t letting me past the download screen it keeps crashing saying download corrupted
