Rien ne fonctionne bien
L’application est dysfonctionnelle et frustrante , il est impossible de faire fonctionner le rover et/ou les accessoire de façon continue , il faut sens cesse reconnecter , supprimer , reconnecter à nouveau . Aucun support technique n’est disponible quand cela est nécessaire . N’acheter pas ce Robot
Fix problems
Il est très décevant de constater que Yarbo, plutôt que de s'efforcer de résoudre les problèmes qui persistent depuis un an, semble plus concentré sur la promotion de leur profit sur le web. Cette situation est particulièrement frustrante car les clients se sentent ignorés et n'ont pas l'impression que leurs préoccupations soient prises en compte.
Pourquoi Yarbo ne consacre-t-il pas plus de temps et d'énergie à résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par ses clients ? Une attention soutenue à l'amélioration de la qualité du service et de l'expérience utilisateur pourrait non seulement améliorer la satisfaction client, mais aussi avoir un effet bénéfique sur la réputation de l'entreprise.
It's very disappointing to see that Yarbo, rather than working to resolve the problems that have persisted for a year, seems more focused on promoting their profit on the web. This is particularly frustrating as customers feel ignored and do not feel that their concerns are being addressed.
Why doesn't Yarbo devote more time and energy to solving the problems encountered by its customers? Sustained attention to improving service quality and user experience could not only improve customer satisfaction, but also have a beneficial effect on the company's reputation.
