App doesn’t work
I never understood this type of apps. I was not able to make a booking. I haven’t used their cars yet but if the app isn’t working I assume neither will their cars

Im extremely frustrated and so disappointed
This is not professional
When yelo takes the money it's instantaneous and
when you are refunding a deposit back it takes ages
I submitted 3 complaints all of them were closed without a resolution
My latest complaint (ID #210131016) was not even looked at

خدمة الحجز ودفع كانت ممتازه سهله وسريعة كنت متوقع بان السعر الارخص في السوق ولكن سعرهم غالي مقرنةً بسوق صراحة وخدمة تسليم السيارة كانت مره بطيئة.
