Rip off
Such a rip off your money. They are just money grab and unprofessional. They charge you money and then not upgrade your account when I contacted them they are like your account is not associated with any paid membership yet when u asked for refund they won’t give me my money back because of their policy. This app is being run by bunch of loosers and unprofessional people. I won’t recommend this to anybody not even for free trial. You could find better videos on you tube for free. Yoga instructors on this app will forget there own content while videotaping. I don’t know who rated this app 4-5 start must be paid customer.
Way to hijack paying customers
Be careful subscribing to this app, they over charge you in super fine print. I paid just over $100 last year for an annual subscription and was hit for $265 this year. Of course when I contacted them they are closed. If I don’t hear back I will call my credit card company and reverse the charge. Absolutely ridiculous.
Steal your money
I asked to cancel on the day my free trial ended and they said no they already charged my credit card and would not refund me. The video quality on some videos is poor and there is not a lot of selection for beginners. I now can’t afford to go to my studio which is now open because they stole my money :(
