Better than Netflix
I don’t normally pay for apps but this one is amazing!
Everyday I do an exercise from here and everyday I feel my connection to my body mind and spirit deepen.
There is so much calmness and so much learning within this app.
The teachers are knowledgeable, authentic and lovely.
This app is less expensive than Netflix or any in person yoga class, but the learning opportunities are endless and can entertain you for hours!
I highly recommend it, it’s a great, educational and affordable investment for yourself.
